The Coordinating Committee for autism holds its first meeting with the Social Development Bank to focus on financial sustainability solutions for its participating associations.

The Coordinating Committee for Autism held a meeting with the Social Development Bank in the presence of all autism associations in the kingdom, to discuss ways to empower autism associations through the bank’s model projects and initiatives that meet all needs.
The chairperson of the Coordinating Committee for autism, Ms. Arij al-Moallem, explained that since its establishment, the committee has been seeking to provide support and assistance to charities in all regions, to achieve their social goals, pointing out that the meeting with Social Development Bank officials was fruitful and exemplary through reviewing the bank’s empowerment programs and the extent to which associations benefit from it.
She pointed out that all the initiatives put forward by the bank have been reviewed, and the initiatives that the associations will start submitting their applications to benefit from during the coming period have been identified.
Al-Moallem explained that the Coordinating Committee for autism has many projects that it is working on during the coming period in order to effectively contribute to raising the ceiling of the work of civil associations, enhancing the institutional building of workers in the autism sector, and improving the services provided in this sector, she said: “We have an ambition in the Coordinating Committee to achieve the goals of associations with high quality, the committee is considered the umbrella that provides qualitative facilities to associations according to their needs.
